Appointments can be booked by calling the surgery or online. You may gain online access from surgery reception team by bringing in your photo identification to enable us to enroll you to gain access.
Please do not fail to attend, when an appointment is made.
Please inform the receptionist at least 2 hours prior to the appointment time to cancel, if you are unable to keep the appointment as made.
Please note that by informing us early, you have given an opportunity to another person to make use of the valuable time.
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10:30am if you require a home visit.
A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
All our practice information is available on large print on request.Doctor will consult in the ground floor if climbing stairs is a problem.

The GP Extended Access Hub Service offers additional GP and Nurse appointments to all Brent registered patients, operating across multiple sites and locations near you.

Roundwood Park Medical Centre
Monday to Friday – 4pm to 8pm
Saturday – 12pm to 4pm

If you wish to book an appointment at the Hub, please contact your GP practice who can directly allocate one to you at any of the above sites. When your GP practice is closed, please dial 111 who can also allocate you an appointment directly.
All appointments last 10 minutes and the Hub GP will have access to your clinical notes where needed.
The Hub uses an automated appointment reminder service. As long as your GP has a current mobile telephone number for you, you will receive a text message before your appointment. This will include the date, time, Hub name and address of your appointment. You will also be given the option to cancel if you decide that the appointment is no longer needed.
In addition to a text message, you will be contacted by a member of our central administration team to confirm your appointment and to answer any further questions you may have.
