We are pleased to write to let you know about a new campaign from the NHS in North West London is launching to support general practice. The campaign aims to explain to patients how general practice is changing and why patients may see a different clinical expert in future – depending on their need.

Doctors’ practices are busier than ever. It is important to provide the right care at the right time and make sure that our doctors have capacity to support patients who need their advice.

To do this, practices are working as a team of medical experts and support staff, led and supervised by the GP. There are new members of staff and systems in place to support GPs to look after patient’s needs.

NHS North West London in partnership with local GP practices has launched a new campaign to explain how general practice is changing and why you may see a different clinical expert when you come here for your appointment in future – depending on your need.

In our practice, as well as GP’s we also have specialists such as Physiotherapist, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and a Clinical Pharmacist  .  We will always make sure you see the right person for your needs.
